Industry
Technology & SaaS
Commercial and go-to-market teams selling into MENA. Not platform engineering.
In short
We work with technology and SaaS companies on the commercial side of a MENA entry: positioning, pricing, channel, first customers and the shape of the first in-region team. We do not build software, run engineering organisations or advise on product architecture — that is on our published list of work we decline.

ServiceFAQ
Frequently asked
You have a technology director. Does that mean you build software?
No. Samik's work is applying data, analytics and compliance tooling underneath traditional businesses — retail, healthcare, manufacturing — so that the operating model has instrumentation. Building product for clients is not something we do.
Do you advise AI startups?
No. Pure tech, deep tech and AI ventures are explicitly on our list of NOs. We would be selling a deck rather than judgement.
