Founding partnerships
A place in the decisions that matter.
Associate with a carefully convened executive programme across the UAE, the GCC and the India corridor. Three annual places, four gatherings, twelve months of planned engagement.
In short
Keel Executive Circle offers three annual partner places across its inaugural twelve-month programme. A Founding Partner is AED 60,000 a year and receives two eligible seats at each of the four gatherings, eight relationship match proposals, executive content from two recorded interviews, and a quarterly scorecard of what was delivered. An Event Partner is AED 20,000 for a single gathering and can upgrade to the annual partnership within 60 days, with that fee credited once. Sponsorship does not buy speaking time, editorial control or attendee data.
What you are associating with
The people. The decision. The follow-through.
The Circle is an invitation-only programme of private executive conversations, relevant introductions and published operating insight. A partner is associating with the standard of the room, not renting a stage in it.
The launch target is 18 to 24 leaders per decision room — CEOs, managing directors, investors and functional leaders selected for the decision being examined. At least two-thirds of every working room is independent of any partner, and that ratio is a design rule rather than an aspiration.
Defined scope, discussion terms
Two ways to partner
One accountable programme, with an event option for an institution that wants to assess the experience before committing to a year.
| Your allocation | Founding Partner — AED 60,000 / year | Event Partner — AED 20,000 / event |
|---|---|---|
| Executive participation | 2 eligible seats at each of 4 gatherings | 2 eligible seats at 1 gathering |
| Relationship curation | 8 relevant match proposals | 2 relevant match proposals |
| Executive content | 2 interviews create 4 clips and 4 insight posts | 1 interview creates 1 clip and 1 insight post |
| Brand recognition | Partner profile for 12 months; credit across programme assets | Event recognition and credit in its briefing book |
| Print & insight | 4 shared decision notes; annual review; 5 Review copies per quarter | Event decision note; 5 briefing-book copies |
| Evidence of delivery | 4 quarterly scorecards | 1 post-event scorecard |
The limits, stated up front
What sponsorship does not buy
These are the constraints that make the room worth associating with. If they are a problem, the partnership is not the right instrument.
What a partner receives
- Association with a carefully convened executive programme
- A defined relationship brief: target functions, sectors and the reason to connect
- Your executive perspective turned into useful, reusable content
- Quarterly evidence of delivered assets, attendance and accepted introductions
What no fee buys
- Speaking time — editorial and speaking roles are selected for relevance
- Editorial control over what is published, including your own interview's framing
- Attendee data, contact lists or the membership roster
- More than one-third of the seats in any working room
- Exclusivity, unless it is written into the agreement
Activation and accountability
Begin with one commercial objective
A partnership that is not tied to a named objective cannot be reported on honestly at the end of the year.
Define the relationship brief
Agree one priority, the eligible nominees, the target counterparties and the publication schedule.
Contract the delivery
Fix the dates, the four gatherings, content quantities, usage rights, reporting and the value of each line item.
Review evidence quarterly
Report delivered assets, actual attendance, accepted introductions and meetings held. Pipeline is recorded only where the partner can substantiate it.
FAQ
Questions before you commit a budget
What happens if a gathering is cancelled?
Three annual places exist, and the obligation is to deliver the outputs rather than the calendar. If an event is cancelled or an output is missed, a replacement is agreed within 30 days, or a pro-rata refund is made against the contracted allocation.
Can we be the only partner in our sector?
Only by written agreement. Exclusivity is not implied by the fee and is not automatic at either tier. If it matters to you, raise it before the agreement rather than after.
Do our nominees get to pitch?
No. Partner nominees participate as executives, under the same compact as everyone else: declare commercial conflicts before the discussion, and no unsolicited pitching. A nominee who treats the room as a sales channel is the fastest way to end a partnership.
How do you decide whether an introduction happens?
Both sides have to agree, with a reason. We propose matches against the brief; we do not pass contact details to a partner because a fee was paid. Accepted introductions are what the quarterly scorecard counts, not proposed ones.
Is the fee negotiable against a bigger package?
The published figures are proposed launch terms for the inaugural year, and the commissioned media work on the media page is scoped and quoted separately. What is not negotiable is the room balance or the editorial independence — those are what the association is worth.
How should we judge whether it paid?
Against one relevant win, not against impressions. If a single incremental win contributes AED 30,000 to your business, the annual fee needs two of them to cover itself. That is a framing for your own buying case, not a forecast we are making.

Tell us the objective
Tell us the one commercial objective you would want this to serve. If a single gathering is the honest place to start, we will say so.
Next step
Discuss a founding partnership
Bring the commercial objective, not a sponsorship brief. If the programme cannot serve it, we would rather say so now.
