Privacy notice

How Keel Partners collects, uses and protects personal data, including employee benefits data handled on an aggregated and anonymised basis.

In short

Keel Partners collects the minimum personal data needed to respond to enquiries and deliver engagements: the name, company and email address you send us, and the business contact details of people we work with at client organisations. In benefits and wellness work we use aggregated, anonymised data only — we do not request or process individual medical records.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide through the website or by email
  • Business contact details of client personnel involved in an engagement
  • Engagement documents and correspondence
  • Aggregated, anonymised claims and utilisation data in benefits and wellness mandates
  • Standard server logs from the website host

What we do not collect

  • Individual employee medical records
  • Special category personal data, unless a client provides it unprompted, in which case we ask them to stop
  • Website analytics that profile you across other sites
  • Payment card details through this website

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry
  • To deliver and administer an engagement
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations
  • To send occasional insights, only if you have asked for them

Sharing

  • With licensed advisers and providers named in your engagement scope
  • With service providers who host our website and email
  • Where required by law or regulation
  • We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing

Your rights

  • Ask what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent where it applies
  • Complain to the relevant supervisory authority

Retention

  • Enquiry correspondence: kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period after
  • Engagement records: kept for the period required by applicable law and professional obligation
  • Aggregated benefits data: retained for the engagement and its renewal cycle
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask what we hold, write to pratap@keelpartners.ae. Last updated August 2026.
