Track record
Operating background
Pratap has spent more than twenty years running commercial P&Ls rather than advising on them. He held commercial and general-management roles at IFB Industries, Asian Paints and Kohler, where he sold into developers, contractors and architects — a construction and real-estate-adjacent commercial background rather than a placement one.
He co-founded 5th Vital, a diagnostics business, raising approximately approx. AED 4.6 million from angel and venture investors, and ran Digifra, a pharmacy retail operation. Both give him first-hand provider-side economics in healthcare, which is unusual in benefits and wellness advisory.
In 2020 he founded RedDot Life, an advisory and boutique asset-management practice spanning South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US, concentrated in healthcare, retail, hospitality and niche manufacturing.
