In short
Keel Partners does not hold regulated licences. Where a mandate requires cover placement, third-party administration, corporate structuring, statutory audit, legal opinion, property placement or clinical delivery, that work is performed by appropriately licensed parties. We name them, and their fee basis, in writing before the mandate starts.

Insurance placement and administration
Licensed placement intermediaries, carriers and TPAs. Regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.
Company formation and corporate services
Licensed corporate service providers. We introduce two or three so you can compare; we take no fee.
Legal, tax and audit
Licensed firms. We do not give legal or tax opinions.
Property
RERA-registered placement intermediaries. Property placement is on our list of NOs.
Clinical delivery
DHA or DOH licensed providers for any screening, vaccination or clinical service.
Recruitment
We write scorecards and sit in on final interviews. We take no placement fee — it is a conflict we prefer not to carry.
