Keel Partners has three partners: Pratap Chandra, founder and managing partner, based in Dubai; Anup Ranjan, director of operations; and Samik Bhattacharya, director of technology and processes. Between them they carry more than sixty years of individual experience and over a hundred years of cumulative industry experience across FMCG, retail, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and enterprise technology.

How we staff a mandate
One partner owns the file and is on it every week. Where a mandate needs additional capacity we use named associates and a back-office team in India for research, data work and documentation — named in the scope, not hidden in a rate card.
If we cannot cover a mandate with a partner every week, we decline it. That constraint is why we hold few enough engagements at once to start most work within two to three weeks of scope agreement.
