Cookie notice
Analytics is off until you accept it, and what it collects is masked. We measure how the site is used to improve it, never who you are.
In short
Nothing is stored on your device for analytics unless you accept it. When you arrive, analytics storage is denied and we ask. If you accept, Google Analytics may set a first-party cookie such as _ga so that pages read in one visit count as one visit and a later visit is recognised as a return. If you reject, or simply ignore the question, nothing is written and Google receives only a limited signal that a page was seen. Either way the data is masked: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and anything you type into a form are stripped out before measurement leaves the page and are never sent to Google. Advertising is a separate matter and is not on the table — advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are permanently denied, are never offered, and have no route to being switched on.
Your choice
- Accept analytics allows a first-party analytics cookie, so we can see pages, visits and the seven enquiry events accurately
- Reject keeps analytics storage denied and writes nothing. Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, carrying no identifier
- Change your mind whenever you like using Privacy choices at the foot of any page. Withdrawing consent also deletes any analytics cookie already set
What analytics is for
- Which pages are read, and which are ignored, so the weak ones get rewritten
- Which enquiry forms are started and completed, so the ones that lose people get fixed
- Roughly where visitors come from, at country level, so the market pages match the audience
- Nothing else. We do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share what we measure
What analytics never receives
- Your name, email address, phone number or company name
- Anything you type into a message, challenge or notes field
- Payment details, or any individual health or claims data
- Any advertising identity, because advertising consent is permanently denied
What is stored on your device
- kp-analytics-consent — your answer to the question above, so we stop asking
- _ga and _ga_<id> — Google's analytics cookies, only if you accepted
- Two sessionStorage entries: one stopping the same enquiry event being counted twice, one holding campaign parameters from the link you arrived on. Both disappear when you close the tab
- A language preference, set only when you use the language switcher
What we do not use
- Advertising or social media pixels
- Google Signals, ad personalisation, or any advertising identity
- Cross-site tracking of any kind
- External fonts, scripts or content delivery networks
How to remove it
- Use Privacy choices in the footer and select Reject. Analytics cookies are deleted and measurement storage is switched off immediately
- Clearing site data for this domain in your browser also resets your answer, and we will ask again on your next visit
