In short
Keel Partners is a partner-carried firm with no junior pyramid, so we hire rarely and only at a level that can hold a client relationship alone. There are no open roles at present. Senior operators with genuine P&L experience in our six pillars are welcome to write to us anyway — associate arrangements are how most of our capacity grows.

- You have run something, not only advised on it
- You can hold a client relationship without a partner in the room
- You are willing to tell a client something they do not want to hear
- You are specific about the two or three things you are genuinely excellent at

Write to pratap@keelpartners.ae with a short note on what you have run, which of our six pillars you belong in, and one engagement you would want to lead. Please do not send a generic CV covering everything; breadth is the thing we screen against.
