In short
Keel Partners is a three-partner firm and our responsibility commitments are correspondingly concrete: disclosed fees and conflicts, no third-party commissions, aggregated and anonymised handling of any employee health data, licensed parties for licensed work, and a published list of sectors and mandates we decline.

Fees, assumptions and any conflict on the table before work starts. No commission or referral income from parties we recommend.
Data minimisation
Benefits and wellness work uses aggregated, anonymised data only. We do not request individual medical information.
Licensed work to licensed parties
Named in writing at mandate, with their fee basis.
ESG where it is commercial
Supply-chain and sourcing decisions where ESG changes economics or customer requirements. We do not do ESG reporting or assurance.
Environmental footprint
A small firm's footprint is mostly travel. We prefer a thirty-minute briefing to a flight, which is also better advice.
Work we decline
Published, not implied. It is the most honest sustainability statement a boutique can make.
